HATRACK was founded in 2024 by Mike “Munchie” Santini - a retired battle rapper, moonlighting artist, and 13+ year veteran of the non-profit industry. 

As a non-profit gamechanger, Mike has assisted founders, visionaries, and C-suite executives to build more impactful and sustainable organizations. He has been a part of multiple start-ups, leveraging his diverse skill-set and relentless work ethic to excel in fast-paced and dynamic work environments. His fundraising efforts have generated millions of dollars for charitable causes, building partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and charitable foundations. With a commitment to lifelong learning, Mike is dedicated to helping bridge gaps for marginalized communities, creating a more inclusive and accessible world.
